Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Roomova. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. Roomova is a business tool for real estate agents.
The service
Roomova is an AI virtual staging service. You upload photos of a property and we generate staged renders from them — furnishing empty rooms and related image edits.
Your account
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login secure. You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account.
Your photos and your rights
You keep ownership of the photos you upload. By uploading them, you confirm that you have the right to use them and to have them edited — for example, that you own the photos or have permission from the photographer or rights holder. You grant us the limited right to process your photos solely to generate your renders and operate the service.
Rights to your renders
The renders you generate are yours to use commercially. You may use them in your real estate marketing — listings, MLS entries, brochures, websites and social media — for the properties you are working on.
Virtual staging disclosure
Renders are virtually staged. The furniture and decor are digitally added and do not reflect the real contents or condition of the property. You are solely responsible for complying with MLS rules and disclosure laws — including labeling images as “virtually staged” wherever your listings appear. Roomova does not warrant that a render represents the actual state of any property.
Credits and payment
Roomova runs on photo credits. One credit equals one generated output photo that you keep. New accounts receive a set of free credits to try the service. Beyond that, credits are included with a paid subscription, billed through Stripe. Details of plans and included credits are shown on our pricing page.
Regenerations
When you generate a photo, a limited number of regenerations may be included so you can re-roll the same photo until it is listing-ready, at no extra credit. Keeping a distinct output — a second style, an emptied room, or another tool applied — spends an additional credit.
Refunds
If a generation fails on our side and delivers nothing usable, the credit for that operation is automatically returned to your balance. We do not offer refunds of convenience — for example, because you are not satisfied with an otherwise successful render. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Renewal and cancellation
Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You can cancel at any time from the Stripe customer portal in your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access and any remaining credits through the period you have paid for. We do not prorate partial periods.
Acceptable use
Use Roomova lawfully. Do not upload content you have no right to use, or content that is illegal, infringing or abusive. Do not attempt to disrupt, overload or reverse-engineer the service. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.
Warranties and liability
The service is provided on an “as is” basis. We work hard on render quality and reliability, but we do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that a render will suit any particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date above and, for material changes, notify you through the service. Continuing to use Roomova after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law.
