Roomova provides AI virtual staging to real estate agents. This policy explains what we collect, why, and who we work with to run the service. We keep it short and honest.

Your photos stay yours

The photos you upload are used for one purpose only: to generate the renders you ask for. We never use them to train AI models. We never sell them, and we never share them with anyone outside the providers strictly required to deliver the service (listed below).

What we collect and why

  • Account details. Your email address and password, managed through our authentication provider. We use them to create your account, sign you in, and contact you about the service.
  • Photos you upload. The source images you submit for staging. We store them so we can generate your renders and let you return to your work.
  • Renders we generate. The staged images produced from your photos, stored so you can view and download them.
  • Usage records. A ledger of the credits you hold and spend, so we can meter usage and bill correctly.
  • Payment information. Billing is handled by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe — we never see or store them. We keep only the subscription and plan status needed to run your account.

Service providers

We rely on a small set of processors to operate Roomova. Each handles data only to perform its role:

  • Supabase — database, authentication and file storage for your account, photos and renders. Hosted on AWS (US East, us-east-1).
  • Google (Gemini API) — processes your uploaded photos to generate the staged renders. Photos are sent solely to produce your output images.
  • Stripe — payment processing and subscription management.
  • Vercel — hosting and delivery of the application.

How long we keep your data

We keep your account, photos and renders for as long as your account is active, so your work stays available to you. When you ask us to delete your account, or when it is closed, we remove your account and the data tied to it — your photos, renders and usage records. Limited billing records may be retained by Stripe as required by law.

Your rights

You can access the data in your account at any time, and you can request its deletion. To exercise these rights, or for any privacy question, contact us at support@roomova.ai.

Where we operate

Roomova is operated from France and serves customers in the United States. This policy is governed by French law. We build the service to meet GDPR principles by design, and we honor the access and deletion rights of California residents under the CCPA. Because your data is stored in the United States, uploading to Roomova involves an international transfer, which you consent to by using the service.

Changes

If we update this policy, we will change the date above and, for material changes, notify you through the service.
